“Life is too short to get bogged down and be discouraged. You have to keep moving. You have to keep going. Put one foot in front of the other, smile and just keep on rolling.”  – kobe Bryant

“Team USA Olympian here! I 100% approve of Dave. He’s fixed a long time (1year+) wrist issue I had and now I am back to training pain free and shooting for future competitions!”

FAQ's

Do I need a referral from a Physician?

In the state of Colorado, physical therapists have direct access, meaning no referral is needed to see a physical therapist.

Do you take my insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not contract with insurance companies. This allows us to better serve your specific needs without any limitations imposed by insurance companies. As a courtesy we provide all patients with documentation that can be submitted for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your health insurance provider. We do not not process the insurance claim but that doesn’t mean you can’t use it. We recommend reaching out to your insurance company to learn what your out of network benefits will cover.

Can I be reimbursed by my insurance company?

It depends on your insurance company’s out-of-network benefits. If this is something you’d like to do, we recommend reaching out to your insurance company to see if they reimburse for out-of-network physical therapy.

What if I'm Not An Athlete?

It’s not a problem if you’re not an athlete; we treat everyone with the same level of care and expertise. Our specialty is in orthopedic injuries, and we’re dedicated to helping anyone who is motivated to improve their condition. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, a work-related issue, or a simple sprain, our team is here to provide personalized treatment and support your journey to recovery. Your commitment to getting better is what matters most to us.

Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

Yes, you can!

What can I expect from the tour and consultation?

Come ready with questions. A team member will show you the facility and answer any questions you may have. If you have specific questions regarding an injury or your specific performance goals then we will make sure we get those all answered for you.

What Can I expect from my first session?

Whether you are in for PT or Performance, we always take part of the first session getting clear on goals and go through an evaluation. This guides treatment and performance plans. We’ll likely get to treatment and training as well so come ready to work. Be sure to complete your evaluation accelerator form prior to your session to allow us to get to it.
