Meet

Dr. Dave Bush

I’m Dave, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who has dedicated my career to helping athletes and active adults get out of pain, recover from injury, and perform at their best.

Early in my career, I saw too many patients being rushed through big clinics, handed cookie-cutter programs, and left feeling frustrated. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I built Cadre Physical Therapy & Performance — to give you 1-on-1, performance-focused care designed around your goals, not insurance limitations.

My Approach: Beyond Recovery

Most physical therapy aims to get you back to “good enough.” My approach is different. I believe you deserve more than pain relief — you deserve to come back stronger, faster, and more resilient than before.

Every session is:

  • Focused – 100% of my attention is on you, no juggling patients

  • Mobile – I meet you where you are: home, gym, field, or workplace

  • Performance-Driven – we don’t stop at recovery, we build for long-term results

I help athletes, active adults, and post-op patients overcome a wide range of musculoskeletal issues — from everyday aches to complex injuries. Some of the most common conditions I treat include:

  • Shoulder pain & injuries – rotator cuff, impingement, surgical recovery

  • Knee pain & instability – ACL, meniscus, patellar pain, surgical rehab

  • Hip pain & mobility issues – labral tears, strength imbalances

  • Ankle injuries – sprains, instability, surgical recovery, return-to-sport rehab

  • Foot conditions – plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, arch pain, stress fractures

  • Back & neck pain – herniated discs, posture-related pain, chronic stiffness

Treatments I Use

To get you lasting results, I utilize proven methods including:

  • Dry Needling – decrease tension, improve mobility, and speed recovery

  • Manual Manipulations (Adjustments) – restore natural joint motion

  • Hands-On Therapy – targeted work to release pain and restriction

  • Corrective Exercise & Strength Training – rebuild stability and prevent future injuries

Post-Op Recovery

If you’ve had surgery, I’ll guide you from those first careful steps to full performance again. Together we’ll restore your mobility, rebuild your strength, and work to return you to sport, training, or daily life stronger than before your surgery.
